3 years later... A Witch Alone at the Crossroads is going to change.
The following article is going to make some people mad, cause them mania to the point that they may even want to hit their screen. It is not suitable for people who base their practices and ideas regardings the cult of Hekate, on illusive personal gnosis, feelings, channelings, New Age ideas etc. Hopefully, the readers of this blog base their practices on well documented historical and archaeological facts. Really, not few times I read online, in fora, groups, blogs, websites information about the Goddess Hekate, which are not true. In fact, they do not come from any book, research, ancient depiction or any other kind of real source. Most of the times, the writers of those texts have a group of supporters, who they have read the blog, the book or they have taken a step forward on exercising with those new information on their daily devotional work. Even new non traditional "traditions” have been born out of this kind of new information. Most of the times, when I write an ancient source proving that things are not like that, or when I ask for sources, they block me or tell me things like evolution. Evolution on what? I prefer being old fashioned.
The sanctuary of Hekate in Athens used to open 5 months each year for the visitors to see the sites. For the year 2017, it opened only for 1 month for unknown reasons without any kind of announcement.

The Mindhack Project is a greek website which has articles about the following subjects: occultism, conspirancies, weird news. They write about occultism, or they think they do. The slogan of the webiste is "break the binds of mind". We will see about that. It is constituted by a group of 14 writers. At 13th of June 2016 they started an attack against our Mother Goddess Hekate, her devotees and the truth. Though we both (Eirini and I) asked them to make the appropriate corrections or at least show us their sources that they invoke (but do not write), they didn't respond back. So, as I promised to them, I am going to inform the community of what they write against our Goddess and what is the truth. We really didn't understand why they chose not to answer to our simple request...
Some days ago, I followed a pathworking being in theta-gamma. The Goddess Hekate played an important role to this exercise as I asked Her to show me a symbol for my further personal evolution. From a point I could't continue with the existed story of the pathworking as the Goddess created scenes in which I coudln't interfere with my imagination. In this journey She took me to a place which I found later that it was also described in the last book of Plato's Politeia in the concept of the myth, the myth of Er. My purpose is not to reveal the pathworking but the conclusions, the myth and my commentaries.

Strophalos or Iynx is an ancient hellenic symbol dated before 2300 b.C. It was connected with the Goddess Hekate and later with Her aspect of Cosmic Soul, sending the Ideas from the Paternal God to the Creator God. Strophalos, triskelion, gammadion-tetraskelion and labyrinth are symbols that look like each other but the uses of strophalos are quite different. Through the help that was provided by the ancient Hellenes writers from Xenophon to Proclus, Damascius and Michael Psellos we will discover the uses, the form and the idea behind the magickal tool of the Witches-Theurgists of Hekate.
